It consists of a chippings quarry  of materials proceeding from draggings of the watercourse, located in the municipal areas of La Mojonera and  Vícar, in which the extraction is done by mechanical means. The mining rights include more than  190 hectares of area.

The material is transported to our trituration and washing plant, composed principally by a crushing machine, secondary mill, sand mill, two sieves, washing water wheels, sand aggregates filter and mud press, with a capacity of production of 150 - 200 Tms/hour. All this makes that a high quality sand can be obtained, sand which is mainly used in the production of  concrete of Hormigones Domingo Giménez, S.A

Quarry of calcareous marmoreal acquired in 2004, located in Partaloa's municipal area, in the region of the Marble and approximately at 40 kilometres from the coast of the Levante Almeriense.

Its exploitation begins in 2007, with the utilization of a mobile crushing plant, composed by two caterpillar trucks, the first of them, with a cleanliness of pre-sieving, crushing machine and a second cleaning, and the second one of them, with a sand mill and sieve with possibility of obtaining four different sizes of grains, with a final production of 200 - 250 Tms/hour. As soon as the works begin, the set off a fixed plant is foreseen during the years 2008 - 2009..

Limy dolomitic quarry, acquired at the end of 2004, which was not exploited, located in the municipal area of Dalías, concretly in the south side of Gador's Mountains, in the heart of the west of Almería.

In 2006 the preparatory works to start its exploitation were initiated, concretly the access roads across the estate property of Áridos Giménez, S.A. up to the authorized zone inside the section A.

Quarry belonging to Aridos Maiba S.L., company dedicated to the manufacture and marketing of aggregate, and of which Áridos Giménez, S.A. shares the most. The above mentioned company has a quarry in exploitation of limy in Berja's municipal area (Almeria).

The crushing factory is composed by a semi-mobile installation of primary and sifted crushing and a fixed installation with a sand mill of vertical axis, and classification sieve, with a capacity of final production of 300 Tms/hour. The company supplies to the main concrete mixers companies and of civil work of the zone, possessing the mark CE for aggregates, sands and breakwaters.

Quarry of limy opened to the sky, acquired in 2003, located in the municipal area of Mula at a few meters from the highway C-415 Caravaca - Alcantarilla, and approximately at 40 kilometres from Murcia capital city.

In 2007 the installation of a modern arid factory with a capacity of production of 400 Tms/hour has concluded, existing the possibility of making classified sands and aggregates for concretes, mortars and agglomerates. The load of the materials is realized in storage silos.

Quarry of limy opened to the sky, acquired in 2004, located in El Escobar, municipal area of Fuente Alamo (Murcia), at less than 10 kilometres from the highway Alhama de Murcia - Cartagena.

Nowadays we count with a semimobile factory of crushing, composed by two caterpillars trucks, the first one of them, with a pre-sieving, a crushing machine and a second cleaning, and the second one of them, with a sand mill and sieve with the possibility of obtaining four different grains, with a final production of 200 - 250 Tms/hour.
